Christ the King Lutheran Church, 1600 N. Genesee St., Delafield, is hosting a free concert by Dave Gerhartz, Sunday, April 6, at 10:30 a.m., following the 9 a.m. service at which he will also sing.
The public is invited to the service as well as to the following concert.
Gerhartz embraces adventure by exploring the heart and soul of his journey with songs from his recent album, entitled “Leaving the Familiar Behind,” produced by Grammy-award winning Mitch Dane (Jars of Clay, JJ Heller, Bebo Norman) that focus on the struggles and joys of his life.
An ELCA (Evangelical Lutheran Church of America) church, Christ the King has been serving the Greater Lake Country area since 1950 and welcomes new members.
