Drunk Driver Arrested After Driving With Eyes Closed: Report
A witness reportedly saw a man steering while a woman was behind the wheel, in addition to seeing her driving with her eyes closed.
WAUKESHA, WI — Waukesha police responded to the intersection of E. Moreland Blvd. and Highway 164 on a report of an intoxicated motorist.
Waukesha police told Patch that Hannah M. Congdon was arrested in connection with the apparent crime. She was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence - second offense in addition to possession of a controlled substance and bail jumping.
According to police reports, the vehicle that Congdon was driving made a lefthand turn from the middle straight lane on Moreland. Reports stated that a witness saw a man steering while Congdon was behind the wheel, in addition to seeing her driving with her eyes closed.
