Here are a few of the upcoming events for the rest of the month:

The hands-on T-Touch for Dogs seminar is Saturday, March 21st from 12-4pm. Dr. Claudeen McAuliffe demonstrates how specific touches can resolve behavior and performance issues, enhance the relationship you share with your companion animal and create a sense of well-being. Fee of $50/participant; pre-registration required at 262-542-8851 or hawpets.org.

HAWS’ Annual Bunny Day is Sunday, March 29th, from 12 – 4pm. Spend a day learning the Bunny Basics, win prizes or shop the Bunny Boutique, meet adoptable rabbits and more. Presented by HAWS and the Wisconsin House Rabbit Society; admission is $5 for adults, children under 12 free with parent. This event is for bunny caregivers only, please leave companion rabbits comfortably at home.

HAWS’ FREE Tails, Tales, & Treats luncheon series continues on Monday, March 23rd at noon. Learn “Canine Body Language” from Humane Educator Khris Erickson. Reserve at 262-542-8851, x112.

Help HAWS raise $1,000 each week: Waukesha County’s only open admission and full service shelter takes them all – giving pets a second chance at life and a forever home! Each week, HAWS alumni dog “Mags” introduces a different department at HAWS, helping local animals in need. Sign up for HAWS email at hawspets.org and donate to help homeless animals!
