Festivities will take place Thurs., July 4, 2019 at the Waukesha Expo Grounds. City officials said Woodman's chipped in a total of $20,000 to sponsor the show, and that the show costs approximately $25,000.
The Fireworks Extravaganza will begin at 9:30 p.m. at the Waukesha County Expo Grounds and includes both aerial effects and an extensive groundwork program, city officials said.
“We are proud to have the employee owners of Woodman’s Markets support the community in such a substantial way,” said Shawn Reilly, City of Waukesha Mayor. “Celebrating Independence Day has become a tradition for so many residents and families in Waukesha.”
