Former Packer Sued by Pewaukee Bank
Mark Chmura is defendant in $2.76 million lawsuit filed in Waukesha County Circuit Court.
A City of Pewaukee bank is suing a high-profile Milwaukee business man and former Green Bay Packers Tight End Mark Chmura in  seeking $2.76 million in summary judgment, according to court documents filed Friday.
The defendants being sued by InvestorsBank include the businessman Santino Bando, former Milwaukee Brewers player Salvatore Bando and Packers Hall of Famer and local radio personality Chmura. Santino Bando’s and Chmura’s spouses also are named in the lawsuit.
The bank is claiming the individuals agreed to repay $2.599 million borrowed, but haven't done so. The Bandos and the Chmuras owe $143,000 in interest on the property, according to court documents filed by the bank.

The case is set to go before Waukesha County Judge Ralph Ramirez for a pre-trial hearing on Oct. 3 and a motion hearing on Oct. 5.
The Business Journal reported in April that the property in question is at 205 E. Wisconsin Ave. in Milwaukee. The building was purchased in 2004 by Santino Bando, according to the article.

The lawsuit originally was filed on Jan. 4, 2011.
A phone call seeking comment from Jonathan Strasburg was not immediately returned.
