Police Acted With 'Professionalism' In La Estacion Call: Report
Police said a man walked into the bar at La Estacion, punched the bartender and began breaking things. Here's how police handled the call:

WAUKESHA, WI -- Waukesha police said that officers displayed a high level of professionalism during an incident that began at La Estacion and continued when the apparent instigator resisted officers during his arrest and treatment.
According to police reports, a man walked into La Estacion just before 8:30 p.m. on Sep. 3, only to punch the bartender and break glasses.
Waukesha police told Patch that when officers arrived, they saw that staff were holding him on the ground. Rocha was handcuffed and continued to resist the efforts of officers to control him. The man attempted to spit and kick officers.

Police said that a leg strap and spit mask were applied, though he continued to resist and he was placed in the restraint chair.
According to police, the man admitted to ingesting a controlled substance. For his safety, police transported him to the hospital for a medical evaluation. While at the hospital he continued to be disorderly in a patient care environment by trying to spit on officers.

He was transported to County Jail to be held for bail on charges of battery, disorderly conduct resisting an officer, discharging bodily fluids at an officer, issing threats to a law enforcement officer, and criminal damage to property.
"Even though [the man] continued to be disorderly, continued to resist, continued to create a disturbance at the hospital in the emergency department the officers were able to maintain his safety as well as the safety of others," Waukesha Police told Patch. "The officers displayed a high level of professionalism during this preventable incident."
