'Too Drunk to Drive' Woman Admits in HWY 164 Fatal Crash
A Pewaukee woman had several drinks during a Milwaukee Brewer game on Sep. 11 before the crash that killed a 44-year-old Milwaukee woman.

WAUKESHA COUNTY, WI — A woman accused of being the drunk driver that caused a September 11 fatal crash on I-94 that left one person dead and another seriously injured was reportedly too drunk to drive following attendance of a Milwaukee Brewer game.
23-year-old Abby Dominski of Pewaukee has been charged with homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle and OWI - causing injury. She could face 15 years behind bars if she is convicted.
44-year-old Candace Franckowiak died in the crash.

According to a FOX 6 report, Dominsky appeared in Waukesha County Court on Wednesday, reportedly admitting that she was "too drunk to drive" during a one-way crash that led to the death of Franckowiak.

Sep. 11 Crash Leaves 1 Dead, 1 Critical in Waukesha County
Her criminal complaint filed in Waukesha County reported that Dominsky admitted to having a number of vodka lemonade drinks during attendance at that evening's Brewer game.
According to her criminal complaint, Dominski, who takes medication, said that drinking has an additionally adverse affect on her.
The Crash
Police and fire responded to a crash along Highway 164 just before 11:30 p.m. on Sep. 11 on a report of a serious accident.
Authorities say Dominski's Cadillac was traveling southbound on STH 164, when it reportedly crossed the center line and traveled into the northbound lane, causing a northbound vehicle to take evasive action.
The northbound vehicle, a Dodge, went off the road and rolled into the ditch on the east side of the road. The Cadillac continued southbound in the northbound lane and collided with a Mazda travelling northbound on STH 164 at Jay Lane.
The operator and sole occupant of the Mazda, a 44-year- old female from the City of Milwaukee later identified as Franckowiak , sustained critical injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene. The operator and sole occupant of the Cadillac, a 23-year- old female from the City of Pewaukee identifed as Dominski, was transported via Flight for Life to Froedtert Memorial Hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
The operator and sole occupant of the Dodge, a 59-year- old male from Waupun, sustained no injuries and was released at the scene.
Deputies on the scene reported that she was unaware that she had been involved in a serious crash. She was arrested for OWI.
