The deputy immediately determined that one of the vehicles was recently stolen from Pewaukee, and a pursuit of the three vehicles ensued west on I-94, officials say.

The three vehicles continued west on I-94, and eventually exited at Highway C in Delafield. A sheriff's squad car disabled one of them by using a pursuit intervention technique. Authorities set up a perimeter with the help of several area departments, and a K9 unit. The two remaining suspects were not found. Delafield police said they received reports of attempted entries into unlocked vehicles near the perimeter.
