Weissgerber's Gasthaus Closing after 33 Years
If you want one last meal at the landmark Waukesha-area restaurant, you've got less than a week to do it.

WAUKESHA - Earlier last month, we reported that the Weissgerber Gasthaus restaurant would close, and be torn down to make way for a strip mall and a Panda Express restaurant.
Those plans were affirmed by Waukesha officials, and now the landmark restaurant is set to close its doors after 33 years.
Its Facebook post says, "It is with great sadness that we have to inform everyone that Weissgerber's Gasthaus will be closing its doors for the final time at the end of the night Saturday, June 25, 2016. Thank you all for 33 years of serving our friends."
