Development at former UWM at Waukesha site will help address housing needs, officials say (gmtoday.com) — A major plan to turn the former UWM at Waukesha campus into a 650-home neighborhood could significantly ease the city's housing shortage and boost its tax base. Officials say the $150 million project, including 20 Habitat for Humanity homes, still needs city approvals, with campus demolition expected to start in early 2027.

Volleyball Recap: Waukesha North Gets Past St. Anthony (maxpreps.com) — Waukesha North's volleyball team kept its tournament momentum going Saturday with a 2–0 sweep of St. Anthony, powered by standout performances from Ryanne Eagon and Ariel Thao. Report highlights the importance of Wisconsin's Manufacturing and Agriculture Tax Credit (waukeshatimes.com) — Waukesha County's business community is highlighting how Wisconsin's Manufacturing and Agriculture Tax Credit supports one in five local jobs tied to manufacturing. A new UW–Madison report shows border-county manufacturing employment grew strongly, and local leaders say keeping favorable tax and workforce conditions is crucial for continued job growth here.
