Wisconsin Manufacturer of the Year Awards Nominees Announced

Waukesha County Business Alliance congratulates Wisconsin Manufacturer of the Year (MOTY) award nominees. Fifty-three Wisconsin manufacturers have been nominated for the 2011 awards, several of whom are members of the Waukesha County Business Alliance.

Celebrating its 24^th year, the MOTY program recognizes a diverse array of manufacturers of all sizes and specialties for their contributions to the great state of Wisconsin. A total of five grand award winners will be chosen: four in categories based on company size, and one for leading the way with environmentally sustainable best practices.

Alliance members nominated include: Cambridge Major Laboratories, Inc. – Germantown; Generac Holdings, Inc. – Waukesha; HUSCO Automotive Holdings, LLC – Whitewater; KHS USA, Inc. – Waukesha; Sign Effectz, Inc. – Milwaukee; TLX Technologies, LLC – Waukesha; Waukesha Metal Products – Sussex; Weldall Mfg., Inc. – Waukesha; Wiscraft, Inc. Milwaukee.

The accounting and advisory firm of Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP, the law firm of Michael Best & Friedrich LLP, and the business association Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce sponsor the annual MOTY awards program. The sponsors will reveal and celebrate the winners at a ceremony Feb. 23 at The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee.
