Wauwatosa Police on 'High Alert'; are Receiving Death Threats From Jay Anderson Case

A day after the Milwaukee D.A. said no charged would be filed against officer who shot Jay Anderson, Wauwatosa Police are on "high alert"

WAUWATOSA -- Wauwatosa police are on "high alert" after the department has reportedly been receiving death threats following the news that the officer who fatally shot Jay Anderson would not face criminal charges.

FOX 6 is reporting that the Wauwatosa Police Department has been receiving these threats via telephone and also in writing.

The Milwaukee Police Department released their investigation case report on the incident.

FOX 6 has learned that the family of Jay Anderson confirmed for FOX6 News they're planning a follow-up news conference for Wednesday, December 7th "to discuss the inaccuracies of police report."
