Public safety, parks and culture, city facilities, and community transit services like LINK and ASSIST will also see significant investment, shaping how millions in tax dollars improve daily life across Casper over the next four years.
   

2. 2026 primary election: Hobza tops Bell as both Casper Council Ward I candidates advance (oilcity.news) — Casper voters in Ward I have advanced both Brett Hobza and Jessie Bell to November's general election for the open City Council seat, with Hobza leading the primary. 4. $5.2 million commitment will expand and enhance stroke care across Wyoming (heart.org) — A new $5.2 million Mission: Lifeline Stroke Wyoming initiative will strengthen stroke care statewide, with Casper's nationally certified stroke center playing a key role. Over three years, hospitals in Casper and beyond will upgrade EMS coordination, telestroke services, and rehab networks so patients here can reach specialized treatment faster and have a better shot at full recovery.
