Hilltop Bank restores personal, business banking services (county10.com) — Hilltop Bank in Casper has restored most personal and business online banking after a cybersecurity breach earlier this month forced systems offline, delaying transactions and ATM balance updates. The outage created serious payroll headaches for the Town of Bar Nunn and the Casper Housing Authority, prompting local leaders to consider backup banking plans so city operations and housing services aren't jeopardized by future disruptions.

4. 'It's killing me': Soaring fuel prices pound Wyoming's food providers and producers (capcity.news) — Soaring fuel prices are squeezing Casper-based Eat Wyoming and the Food Bank of Wyoming, raising transportation costs to move local meat and produce and deliver food to families statewide. With diesel over $6 a gallon, routes are being cut, trucks parked, and already tight budgets stretched, which could mean fewer local products moved through Casper and more pressure on food-insecure residents.

Congressional Bills H.R. 3657, H.R. 7250, S. 550, S. 603, S. 759 and S. 790 Signed into Law (whitehouse.gov) — A new federal law has officially renamed Casper's National Historic Trails Interpretive Center as the Barbara L. Cubin National Historic Trails Interpretive Center, honoring the late Wyoming congresswoman. The same bill signing also covered several unrelated national measures on hydropower, tribal land claims, oceans access, and a historic site in Virginia, but the renaming directly affects a key cultural landmark in Casper.
