Corporate officials say the franchise-operated location's closure is part of broader brand changes, ending a run that began when the restaurant opened here in 1998 during Casper's economic rebound.
   

• Casper eatery Wyoming Ale Works expanding to Cheyenne; lot to also host liquor store (capcity.news) — A well-known Casper bar and grill, Wyoming Ale Works, is planning a major expansion into Cheyenne, alongside a Wyoming Discount Liquor outlet and an off-track betting facility. Casper restaurateur John Johnson outlined phased plans through 2028, saying the Cheyenne restaurant will blend favorites from Ale Works and J's Pub. The move extends Casper-grown dining concepts to a redeveloped Cheyenne retail space.
