• Towing A Boat In Wyoming At 104 MPH Isn't Guaranteed Jail, But It Could Kill You (cowboystatedaily.com) — A driver towing a boat was recently clocked at 104 mph on I-25 just south of Wheatland, drawing only a fine but plenty of safety concerns. Highway Patrol and a Glendo boat expert use the incident to warn Wheatland-area drivers about trailer maintenance, tire age, and why speeding with a boat can quickly turn deadly.
   

• High Country Horse Sale (thefencepost.com) — A Wheatland buyer, Mark Kersting, paid $26,500 for a top red roan gelding at the recent High Country Horse Sale in Laramie.
