2 Ellicott City Residents Killed in Plane Crash: Police

Maryland State Police identified the man and woman killed in Tuesday's plane crash near the Bay Bridge as a pair of Ellicott City residents.

Richard Hess, 63, of Ellicott City, and Janet Metz, 56, of Ellicott City, were both pronounced deceased at the scene of the crash, which occurred near Stevensville, according to police. >>> Read more.
