Memorial Day 2017: Parades, Music Festival And More Maryland Events

The weather's expected to put a damper on Memorial Day, but, if you're able to avoid the showers, communities across Maryland have plenty to offer to mark the holiday. There will be a bounty of celebrations and other activities available throughout the weekend to lighten the mood of a fairly murky forecast.
