Report: Allegria Fired Chef for Not Cutting His Hair
Richard Visceccio files federal lawsuit claiming discrimination for having long hair.

A former Allegria Hotel chef has filed a federal lawsuit claiming he was fired for his long hair, according to New York Post.
Richard Viscecchio said new management at the hotel ordered him to cut his hair, said the report.
Former managers had okayed Viscecchio’s long hair, which he kept tied out of the way and under a hat, said the report. New management felt differently, however, and ordered Viscecchio, 44, of Long Beach, to cut his hair.
