Church of the Highlands Greystone Pastor No Longer Affiliated With Church
Church of the Highlands' founder's son is out as the Greystone campus pastor, due to a "moral failing."

HOOVER, AL - The former pastor for mega-church Church of the Highlands' Greystone campus - the son of the church's founder - is no longer affiliated with the church. Michael Hodges is no longer pastor of the Greystone branch campus of the Church of the Highlands, which has 15 branch campuses that have more than 40,000 in attendance every week. Hodges is the son of founder and senior pastor Chris Hodges who said his son had a "moral failing" and had to step away from the church.
Michael Hodges, who has held a variety of positions within the church since 2015, has deactivated all of his social media accounts, according to a story by Alabama Media Group, and all references to him on the church website have been removed. The church has given no indication on whether or not Michael Hodges will be reinstated, or what his "moral failing" involved.
