🌱 Pecan Street Shooting + Woman Shoots, Kills Pitbull In Attack

  1. Mobile police officers responded to the 1300 block of Pecan Street in reference to shots fired on Wednesday, Dec. 8 at approximately 1:07 p.m. Upon arrival, police officers discovered Thaddeus Williams, 38, suffering from a gunshot wound; he was pronounced deceased on the scene.   2. A Mobile woman says she was forced to shoot and kill a loose Pitbull that was attacking her dog. Tatyna Rayford says she watched in horror as a Pitbull lunged after her nine-month-old Shih-Tzu. Rayford says she fired her 9mm handgun she carries and shot the Pitbull, which died as a result. (NBC 15 WPMI)
  3. Another Mobile County couple is suing the Center for Reproductive Medicine. They allege the local fertility clinic lost their embryos in storage. (Lagniappe)
  4. Three people escaped from a mobile home that caught on fire on Schillinger Road in west Mobile. (WKRG News 5)
