Here are the top three stories in Mobile today:

  1. If you can't make it to Birmingham for this year's World Games in July, you can still get a taste of the festivities with an upcoming medals tour. Fans can head to Hibbett locations across Alabama throughout the months of March and April to view — and even wear — the same medals that the winning athletes will don. The tour is headed to Mobile this Thursday, Mar. 24 from 4:00-6:00 p.m. at 7765 Airport Blvd. (WKRG News 5)
  2. Yesterday morning, the Mobile County Health Department announced its second mobile medical unit. According to a news release from the MCHD, the 37-foot-long coach bus was purchased to "encourage and increase HIV testing and educational outreach." The mobile medical unit will provide Mobile County residents with a range of healthcare services, including general primary medical care, screenings, immunizations, and health education. (WKRG News 5)
  3. A Mobile man accused of murdering his girlfriend while out on bond for another charge has had his bond formally revoked. Dayvon Bray, who is accused of shooting and killing 18-year-old Jireh Portis in January, will remain behind bars while on trial. The state has not provided information as to why Portis was shot; the case has been sent to the grand jury. (WKRG News 5)
