• JSU Challenger Learning Center Launches NASA-Affiliated Space Agriculture Research Program (calhounjournal.com) — Seventh-graders from Rainbow Middle School are stepping into real NASA-backed research right here in Rainbow City through the Challenger Learning Center's new space agriculture program. Over two semesters, students will run plant-growth experiments, submit data to Kennedy Space Center, and eventually design their own studies, gaining hands-on STEM experience that connects local classrooms to future Moon and Mars missions.
