BIRMINGHAM, AL - A gruesome discovery by Jefferson County Sheriff's deputies last week turned in to a homicide investigation that has now led to an arrest. Jefferson County Sheriff's detectives arrested 38-year-old Terrence Jermaine Holder, who is charged with capital murder.
Deputies responded to a call from a concerned family last Friday night just before 11 p.m. in the 3500 block of Bethel road in Warrior to do a welfare check on the residents after family became concerned over the pair's whereabouts. At the home, they discovered the victims dead.
