Arrest Made In Pinson Dollar General Robbery
The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office located and apprehended a suspect in the Feb. 25 robbery of a Dollar General store in Pinson.
JEFFERSON COUNTY, AL — An arrest has been made in connection with a robbery at the Dollar General store on Highway 75 in Pinson. The incident occurred Feb. 25 just after 7 a.m.
Sgt. Joni Money of the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office said deputies were able to establish 25 year-old, Eric Reedy as a suspect and identify his vehicle by reviewing store surveillance footage.
Deputies traced the vehicle to Valley Brook Apartments in Birmingham and arrested Reedy, and a large amount of cash was found during a search of Reedy’s apartment, Money said.

Reedy was placed under arrest for robbery and is being held in the Jefferson County Jail on a $20,000 bond.
