PINSON, AL — A man has been arrested and multiple narcotics and firearms were seized after a raid on a Pinson home Thursday.

The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office Drug Enforcement Division conducted the drug raid, and deputies seized 4.5 oz of methamphetamine, a trash can of assorted pills, four handguns, and one rifle.

Sgt. James Perry of the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office said the homeowner, Edward Glenn, was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance with more charges pending.

Glenn was transported to the Jefferson County Jail in Birmingham.
