Hoover House-Flipping Scam: Trussville Man Charged
A Trussville man was charged with theft by deception after complaints of a house-flipping scam in Hoover.

TRUSSVILLE, AL — A Trussville man has been charged with theft by deception first degree by Hoover police after he was tied to a house-flipping scam. Clinton Marcel Catlin, 31, is accused of conning a victim out of thousands of dollars, according to a Trussville Tribune report.
Catlin is being held in the Jefferson County Jail.
