Husband Shot In Domestic Violence Incident: Sheriff
A man was shot in the back in what Jefferson County deputies say was a domestic violence incident.
JEFFERSON COUNTY, AL — A Pinson woman has been arrested and accused of shooting her husband during a dispute Friday morning. The incident occurred just after 7 a.m. Friday in the 9500 Block of Cumberland Oaks Drive.
Sgt. Joni Money of the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office said deputies arrived at the scene to find that 41-year-old Tabitha Hannon Dickey shot her husband in the back. His injuries were not life-threatening, Money said.
Dickey was placed in the Jefferson County Jail on the charge of domestic violence-attempted murder. Her bond is set at $30,000.
