Jefferson County Sheriff Investigates Homicide In Center Point

On Saturday December 7, 2019 at 11:06pm the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office received a report of shots fired in the Shadowood Circle apartment complex in Center Point. Patrol Deputies arrived and found a man suffering from a gunshot wound in the parking lot. The man was transported to the hospital where he later died. Sheriff’s evidence technicians processed the crime scene. Sheriff’s investigators are following up on available information. Anyone who may have information about this crime is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office at 205-325-1450 or Crime Stoppers at 205-254-7777.
