Teen Found Shot To Death In Jefferson County Apartment Complex

JEFFERSON COUNTY, AL — An 18-year-old shooting victim was found dead in an apartment complex in East Jefferson County Monday night. The incident occurred around 7:20 p.m. at the park Brook Apartments off Chalkville School Road.

Sgt. Joni Money of the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office said the victim has been identified as 18-year-old Ja’mari Demetrius Harris, but no motive has been established in the shooting.
