Robbery And Assault Case Under Investigation In Clay

CLAY, AL — The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office is investigating a robbery and assault case in Clay. The incident occurred Tuesday just before noon the in the 4400 block of Westchester Hills Drive.

Deputy Chief David Agee of the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office said the victim reported that he arrived home and observed three armed men breaking into a car, and that the men attacked him and then fled in a four-door vehicle.
