Sex Offender Arrested In Trussville After Failure To Register
A Trussville resident was arrested and charged with failure to register as a sex offender.
TRUSSVILLE, AL — A convicted sex offender was arrested by Trussville police last week after investigators found he had not registered properly. Gordon Nelson Cagle, 67, was arrested Jan. 31 and charged with failure to register by non-resident sex offender.
Cagle was convicted in 1998 for violation of the Alabama Child Pornography Act.
He was transported to Jefferson County Jail.
