Shooting In Pinson: Motorist Hit By Bullet While Driving
A man was shot while driving through Pinson Saturday.

PINSON, AL — A man driving through Pinson Saturday afternoon was hit in the arm by a bullet in what is believed to be a random shooting. The incident occurred just before 1:30 p.m. on MArtin Drive.
Deputy Chief David Agee of the Jefferson County Sheriff's office said the victim reported a car pulled up beside him and someone started shooting at him. Agee said the victim was taken to the hospital for treatment of a non-life-threatening injury.
The incident is under investigation and no suspects are in custody.
