Skeletal Remains Found In Jefferson County Identified
The Jefferson County Coroner's Office has identified the remains found in a shed near Sylvan Springs as a Hueytown man.
JEFFERSON COUNTY, AL — Skeletal remains found in a wooded area near Sylvan Springs in Jefferson County have been identified by the Jefferson County Coroner's Office. The remains of 54-year-old Lee Scott Tremelling of Hueytown were discovered in a shed Nov. 26.
Sgt. Joni Money of the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office said a man was walking behind his mother's home in the area when he made the discovery.
The cause of death has not been determined.
