Anna Kay Springer Named 2022 Tuscaloosa Realtor Of The Year
The Tuscaloosa Association of Realtors this week named Hamner Real Estate's Anna Kay Springer as its 2022 Realtor of the Year.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — The Tuscaloosa Association of Realtors this week named Hamner Real Estate's Anna Kay Springer as its 2022 Realtor of the Year.

When asked by Patch about her reaction to the news, Springer said she was initially shocked and had "the feeling that I didn’t deserve the award and then just pure gratitude and that amazing feeling you get when you realize others think highly of you."

A native of Louisiana, Springer and her husband have been residents of Tuscaloosa since 2011. In addition to being licensed in Alabama, she also maintains a license in her home state.
According to Hamner Real Estate, Spinger is an Accredited Buyers Representative, a Seller Representative Specialist, a Real Estate Negotiation Expert, and a Ramsey Endorsed Local Provider.

What's more, Springer is a 2019 graduate of Leadership Tuscaloosa and an ambassador for the Chamber of Commerce of West Alabama.
Apart from her accomplishments in the real estate sector, Springer is also actively involved with the United Way of West Alabama’s Young Leader’s Society, the United Way’s Volunteer Allocation Team and Campaign Committee and Habitat for Humanity.
The Tuscaloosa Association of Realtors aims to promote, educate and support its members in serving the public and also works in partnership with the Alabama Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
