TUSCALOOSA, AL — The Community Foundation of West Alabama is reminding area residents that the deadline for its Fall Grant Cycle is quickly approaching.

The nonprofit is once again offering educational grants to charitable organizations and teachers.

The Community Foundation of West Alabama says grant applications for its community grants are available for 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations only.

What's more, educational grants for classroom teachers are also available.

The nonprofit announced that applications for both the community grants and the educational grants must be postmarked no later than Nov. 1.

Those interested in applying are asked to download the grant applications from the nonprofit's website or call the CFWA office at (205) 366-0698.
