The decision came hours after a Hillsborough County judge set Arnold's bond at $1 million while denying prosecutors' request to hold him without bail.
The Associated Press reported that as part of the bond conditions, Arnold must surrender his passport, have no contact with his co-defendants and is restricted to travel for court appearances and professional obligations.

Arnold, 23, was arrested last week on four counts of kidnapping and four counts of armed robbery in connection with what prosecutors describe as a retaliatory attack stemming from the theft of more than $250,000 in cash and luxury items from an Airbnb he had rented in the Tampa area.
According to prosecutors, Arnold orchestrated a plan to lure three teenage victims to an apartment where they were allegedly beaten, pistol-whipped and robbed by several co-defendants.
Investigators say the victims were mistakenly targeted and were not responsible for the original theft from Arnold.
Arnold has pleaded not guilty through his attorney and has denied the allegations.
A former five-star recruit from Tallahassee, Florida, Arnold starred at the University of Alabama for former coach Nick Saban, earning first-team All-American and first-team All-SEC honors in 2023 before the Lions selected him with the 24th overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft.
He appeared in 24 games over two seasons with Detroit, recording one interception and 91 total tackles before a shoulder injury ended his 2025 season.
If convicted, Arnold faces the possibility of life in prison on the felony charges.
