Her most recent achievement adds to what has already been a remarkable freshman debut season for the right-hander, who has established herself as a cornerstone of Shelton State’s pitching staff.

As Patch reported earlier this season, Beasley made headlines after tossing a no-hitter for the Lady Bucs against Southern Union, striking out 15 batters while allowing no hits and no runs in the victory.

In that historic showing, she finished with a perfect line in the box score apart from two runners reaching on errors.

Shelton State softball (21-11, 9-5 ACCC) will return to action Saturday at Snead State Community College.
