Four UA Students From Tuscaloosa Selected For Capstone Men And Women
Four University of Alabama students from Tuscaloosa have been named among the 2022-2023 group of Capstone Men and Women.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — Four University of Alabama students who call Tuscaloosa their hometown were named among the the 2022-2023 class of Capstone Men and Women.

First established just for women in 1962, Capstone Men and Women. serve as official ambassadors of The University of Alabama. The group first accepted first male members in 1976.

Apart from making visitors to campus feel welcome, Capstone Men and Women assist the University of Alabama's president’s office, admissions and alumni during functions held on campus and in other locations. They also are tasked with hosting daily tours of the campus for prospective students and other visitors.
For instance, UA says more than 3,600 daily campus tours were conducted last year by Capstone Men and Women.
