Investigators Identify Tuscaloosa Man Killed In Tuesday Night Shooting
The Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit has identified a man who was shot and killed at a Tuscaloosa apartment complex Tuesday evening.
TUSCALOOSA, AL — The Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit has identified a man who was found shot dead at a Tuscaloosa apartment complex Tuesday evening, while also asking the public's help in finding whoever is responsible.

As Patch previously reported, the shooting occurred at Hodo Haven Apartments on 33rd Street around 6 p.m. Tuesday and VCU Commander Captain Jack Kennedy said Tuscaloosa Police Department officers arrived to find 22-year-old Larry Maddix Jr. dead of apparent gunshot wounds.

Kennedy went on to say that the investigation is ongoing and no arrests or suspects were announced in his latest update to local media.
