The forms can be picked up at Northport 5&10 in downtown Northport or can be viewed by clicking here for the Citizen of the Year Award and here for the Citizen of the Year Special Award.

The awards are sponsored by Northport Citizen of the Year, Inc., and will be
presented at the annual Northport Citizen Awards Luncheon on Oct. 5.
The nonprofit says nominees will be judged in answer to the primary question: “What outstanding contributions has the nominee made to benefit the general welfare or growth of Northport?”
