Northport Man Charged For Possession Of Child Sex Abuse Materials
A Northport man was arrested and charged Monday for possession of material depiciting child sex abuse.

NORTHPORT, AL — The West Alabama Human Trafficking Task Force on Monday announced the arrest of a Northport man on four counts of possession of child sex abuse material.

The Task Force, along with the Alabama Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, executed a search warrant at a residence in the 1800 block of Harper Road, resulting in the arrest of 19-year-old Ladarius Dejuan Jones on the four felony counts.

A press release from the Task Force said the investigation is ongoing and could result in additional charges.
Jones was held at the Tuscaloosa County Jail Monday with a total bond set at $60,000.
