No timetable has been given yet for when the new Taco Bell location will open.

"As stated previously, due to COVID-19, recruitment of sit down restaurants is tougher than it ever has been," Hogg said in a Facebook post. "However, numerous fast food options are willing to look due to having a drive-thru with no COVID-19 restrictions."
Hogg went on to stress the importance of supporting new business in the area to send a message to other businesses that Northport is a viable market for them to set up shop.
"As you know, it’s a marathon, not a sprint and everything builds off the other," he said. "The changing landscape of how Northport looked four years ago versus today is vastly different and we look to continue that momentum."
