"The other four victims are being treated for their injuries, which thankfully do not appear to be life threatening at this time," Kennedy said. "The investigation is ongoing, and other persons may also be charged in the future."
The arrests come after multiple agencies responded at approximately 2:48 a.m. to the 2300 block of Temerson Square to reports of a shooting with numerous victims at Roxy's Bar. Five people were ultimately transported to DCH with gunshot wounds by personal vehicle and ambulance.
"After interviewing numerous witnesses and victims, examining evidence on scene, and viewing video surveillance, it was determined that two suspects were the initial aggressors, firing towards a group a subjects with which they had been in an earlier altercation just outside of Roxy’s Bar," Kennedy said. "After the two suspects initiated the gun fire, shots were fired back at the suspects in self-defense, resulting in one of the suspects being struck."
