West Alabama Works Holding Virtual Job Fair Beginning Thursday

TUSCALOOSA, AL. — West Alabama Works announced it will hold a virtual hiring event beginning later this week with West Rock, which is hiring in Eutaw and Demopolis.

The online job fair will run from Thursday through Sunday, Sept. 6.

Chamber of Commerce of West Alabama COO and West Alabama Works Executive Director Donny Jones said the company offers competitive carriers and is hiring for a variety of positions.

"This is a wonderful opportunity for those living in the Black Belt region, especially,” he said.

West Alabama Works said the event can be accessed on Facebook or on the organization's website.

Those interested are asked to use code WestRockJob when creating a profile. Applicants will receive further instructions from West Alabama Works after completing a Career Connect profile.
