Harvey Weinstein Backhanded At Arizona Restaurant (Watch)

A bewildered Weinstein, donning a knit hat and a stained white T-shirt, looks at the camera as his attacker curses him out.

PARADISE VALLEY, AZ – Video shows a man backhanding disgraced Hollywood movie mogul Harvey Weinstein at a restaurant in Paradise Valley, near Scottsdale. In a 32 second clip obtained by TMZ and posted on its website, a man approaches Weinstein and twice slaps him in the face as another man with Weinstein tries to put a hand in front of someone recording the incident.

A bewildered Weinstein, donning a knit hat and a stained white T-shirt, looks at the camera as his attacker tells him to "get the f--- out of here" and calls him a "piece of s---."

The other man in the video asks the attacker "and what are you going to do about it?" before trying to swat down the recording device. He then follows Weinstein out of the crowded restaurant.

TMZ said Weinstein was with his sober coach at the restaurant at the Sanctuary Camelback Mountain Resort.

A man named Steve told TMZ on Wednesday that they had approached Weinstein about a photo and that Weinstein became belligerent. The restaurant manager told the news outlet that Weinstein was "very sweet about it."

Weinstein, 65, had been staying in the Phoenix area since at least November following reports by numerous women that he had sexually assaulted or harassed them.

Steve told TMZ he'd had "quite a bit to drink"when he approached Weinstein and cursed him over the sexual assault allegations against him.

Weinstein declined an offer to have police called, TMZ says.

The encounter comes as Weinstein and his estranged wife, fashion designer Georgina Chapman, 41, reached a divorce settlement, multiple media outlets reported. She had announced in October she would leave him.
