Alameda Hospital Offering Free Stroke Assessments on Friday

Alameda Hospital is offering stroke assessments at no charge this Friday, November 14, 2014 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Participants will receive a free assessment, free health information and education resources as well as a personal review of risk factors.

Interested participants are asked to pre-register for their screening by calling (510) 814-4682 or emailing relations@alamedahealthsystem.org
