Alameda's Toxic Spill, Bird Goo and Lagoon Dredging

Two people observed a possible toxic spill and reported it via 911 to the Alameda FD, who failed to show. Now there's no record?

At the upcoming April 7 Alameda City Council meeting I will address the following:

The missing 911 record of my 911 call about a plume of grey sludge Sunday, October 12, 2014.
The possible link of that grey sludge to the grey “Bird-kiling Goo” reported in mid January, 2015.
Evidence pointing to the dredging of Alameda’s “finger” lagoons as the source of the plume i reported.
Evidence suggesting the use of toxic chemicals to control algae in Alameda’s fiinger lagoons.
Concerns about the safety of Alameda’s beaches resulting from use of these chemicals.
Evidence of ecological damage to shore bird habitat near lagoon portal into SF Bay.

All Bay Area citizens are welcome and encouraged to attend.
