Bank of Marin Hosts Alameda Community "Shred Day" on October 2

9 am - 12 noon at the Bank of Marin branch located at 2130 Otis Drive

ank of Marin in Alameda will host its  annual “Shred Day” on Thursday, October 2 from 9 am – 12 noon at the Bank of Marin branch located at 2130 Otis Drive.  The community is encouraged to bring up to five boxes of paper documents for shredding on site and canned and other non-perishable foods in unopened containers.  The Bank will match donations with a $1,000 contribution to the Alameda Food Bank.

 

A&P Records Management will be on site to securely destroy all documents, and the paper pulp will be recycled and used for new paper goods. Food collected will be donated to the Alameda Food Bank which provides nutritious food to the low-income residents of the City of Alameda.
