This class is intended to help you shed the physical and mental stress of your daily routine through a fluid, slow-paced movement practice cultivating strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness.
Expect a grounded yet dynamic flow of breath and body unfolding in presence. All levels welcome with variations offered to explore your personal practice.
